What is included in the monthly lesson fee?
Each plan covers four weekly lessons per month, tutor guidance, and basic practice materials such as beginner sheet music. Instrument rental is not included, but we can recommend affordable options for students who do not yet own a piano or guitar.
Do you offer a trial lesson before committing?
Yes, new students can book a single trial lesson at a reduced rate before choosing a monthly plan. This helps us assess the student's level and match them with a suitable tutor and lesson pace.
Can I switch between piano and guitar lessons?
Students on the Premium plan can split lesson time between piano and guitar. Starter and Standard plans focus on one instrument, though you may switch instruments at the start of a new month if needed.
What happens if I miss a scheduled lesson?
Standard and Premium plans allow rescheduling within the same month, subject to tutor availability. Please give at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another student and arrange a suitable makeup time.
Are lessons held at your studio or at home?
Lessons are typically held at our studio in Aswan, Egypt. Home lessons within Aswan may be arranged for an additional travel fee, depending on distance and tutor availability. Contact us to check options for your area.
Is there a payment plan or is it always monthly?
All lesson plans are billed monthly in advance. We do not currently offer long-term contracts, so families can adjust or pause lessons from one month to the next with advance notice.
